Individual Therapy
Individual therapy involves working one-on-one with your therapist for personalized attention to your goals and needs. Individual therapy offers the opportunity for a deeper understanding of yourself through exploration of your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences.
Group Therapy
At times, therapy is done in a group format to allow clients the opportunity to learn skills alongside their peers, who often have shared experiences or desire to learn similar skills. There are no current group therapy services being offered.
